Memberships
Please note that the membership fee is not covered by insurance and does not cover any of the medical services that we offer that are covered by your medical insurance plan. The membership fee is for 24/7 access to our doctor and to allow him to have a smaller number of patients so that he can provide the elite, personalized care that you deserve, including longer appointment times, more time to coordinate with your other physicians, and same day or next day appointments. You are still responsible for copays and payments as oulined in your medical insurance plans.
Personal Concierge membership
This fee can be paid annually, biannually or quarterly. We do offer a discounted rate for those paying their fee annually and biannually. We don’t offer refunds on any concierge fees paid.
Premier Concierge membership
This fee can be paid annually, biannually or quarterly. We do offer a discounted rate for those paying their fees annually or biannually. We don’t offer refunds on any concierge fees paid.
