Meet Dr. Foad Kiamanesh

Dr. Foad Kiamanesh grew up locally just south of here in Plano, Texas. After graduating from Plano Senior High School, he attended the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson.  He then continued his education at the prestigious Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) in 2011. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 2014, which is one of the top ranked Internal Medicine residency programs in the country. He started his career as an attending physician at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas as a Hospital Medicine Doctor. His time there included admitting into an open Intensive Care Unit where he worked diligently to help patients. He and his family moved to Frisco, Texas in 2019 and, soon after, he was hired by UT Southwestern Medical Center to provide care locally here at Texas Health Resources Hospital in Frisco, where he has helped care for many members of our local community. He has built a wide range of contacts in the medical field with many of the top ranked specialists over his 10 years in the DFW area and wants to now bring his expertise, experience and compassionate care to you. His approachable and kind demeanor coupled with his love for medicine make him the ideal physician to partner with on your health journey. He is well versed in all aspects of Internal Medicine, including preventative care, geriatric care, palliative care, end of life care, weight loss medicine, mental health, Diabetes, special needs and neurodivergent individuals and much more.
